II am currently working on a research proposal as an integrative project, a capstone project for a master’s in leadership coaching at Capella University. My research question examines effective leadership with storytelling. The literature abounds on styles and roles of leadership. I am reading, reading and reading about storytelling anywhere and everywhere. Peer reviewed journals on communication and interviews from Dr. Hansen’s website. I am excited and engaged by this form of communication that spans nation, race, ethnicity, and culture. As a psychology practitioner, I want to use the most meaningful and beneficial resources to support my clients. Thank you for your insightful discussion on the value of storytelling.
